بلاکچین و بازی در زمین سلامت
جمیله گنجعلیخانی‌زاده | امنیت داده‌ها و حفظ حریم شخصی دو چالش بزرگ صنعت سلامت است. در ایران هم وقتی به مسیر رشد کسب‌وکارهای نوآور حوزه سلامت در سال‌های گذشته و موانع آن نگاه کنید، متوجه می‌شوید که رگولاتور این حوزه این دو دغدغه را مهم‌ترین دلایل خود برای سیاست‌گذاری انقباضی این حوزه عنوان کرده و کماکان می‌کند؛ نوعی از سیاست‌گذاری که به بسته‌ماندن و رشد نکردن حوزه کسب‌وکارهای سلامت نوآور، به‌ویژه آنلاین‌ها انجامیده است. اما به نظر می‌رسد رمزارزها و دفاتر کل توزیع‌شده بتوانند برای این چالش راهکارهایی بیابند؛ به شرطی که رگولاتوری خود رمزارزها در داخل کشور موانع جدیدی ایجاد نکند!
برای نمونه در دنیا این روزها کسب‌وکارهای حوزه سلامت مبتنی بر بلاکچین که در حال استفاده از رمزارزها برای سازوکارهای درونی خود هستند، به‌شدت توجه سرمایه‌گذاران را به خود جلب کرده‌اند. یکی از این کسب‌وکارها «زلیس» (Zelis) است که مشخصاً روی همین دو چالش تمرکز کرده است.
«کالی دورگامپودی»، مدیر ارشد فناوری شرکت پرداخت حوزه سلامت زلیس، در گفت‌و‌گو با خبرگزاری «هلث آی‌تی» (Health IT) عنوان کرده که به‌کارگیری فناوری بلاکچین برای محافظت از داده‌های حساس بیماران از دست مجرمان مجازی ضروری است. او به اهمیت استفاده از یک دفترکل دیجیتال نفوذناپذیر برای حفاظت از داده‌های حساس بیماران و داده‌های مالی به‌دلیل افزایش حملات سایبری در سراسر جهان اشاره کرد.
از دیگر کمپانی‌هایی که روی ترکیب سلامت و بلاکچین به‌شدت سرمایه‌گذاری کرده، غول فناوری آمریکایی یعنی اینتل است؛ کسب‌وکاری که یک سکوی اختصاصی برای این منظور طراحی کرده و کم‌کم در حال ارائه محصولات سرمایه‌گذاری‌های پنج سال اخیر خود در حوزه سلامت غیرمتمرکز است.
